Fuel-related rate adjustments will be reflected as a carrier credit based on the rate per mile shown above and will be a separate line on the invoice.  The fuel credit will be based on the Energy Information Association (EIA) United States Average (national) fuel index, which is updated every Monday.  The surcharge will be effective at 12:01 AM the next day (Tuesday) and apply to all shipments through 12:00 AM the following Monday.
